A brand new Truffe Cognac from Leonidas to mark truffe month
Autumn is for truffe months at Leonidas and to celebrate. The Belgian master chocolatier par excellence has created a brand new flavor for this traditional product, the Truffe Cognac .
Autumn is just around the corner and with it comes its flavors and muted colors, the desire to be warm and cozy and share chocolaty times with the family or friends. To make these gourmet occasions perfect, Leonidas and its expert traditional chocolate-makers wanted to surprise us by creating a brand new truffe: the Truffe Cognac .
To mark the occasion of truffe month, which will take place throughout October, Leonidas has decided, once again, to awaken our senses by reacting the new Cognac flavor for this product so close to its heart. The new Truffe Cognac from Leonidas is filled with a white and milk chocolate with Bourbon Vanilla Cognac and coated with dark chocolate and cocoa powder. The new Truffe Cognac will make the most discerning connoisseurs tremble with pleasure. But there are also many more truffes popping up in the window displays of Leonidas shops and each of them is made with the freshest ingredients.
The Truffe Nature, filled with a ganache of dark and milk chocolate and coated with dark chocolate and cocoa powder.

The Truffe Café-Caramel, filled with a ganache of dark and milk chocolate, coffee-caramel flavour, coated with dark chocolate and cocoa powder crystals.
The Truffe Noire, filled with a ganache of dark and Sao Tome 72 % chocolate and coated with dark chocolate and darkest cocoa powder.

The Truffe Noisette Croquante, filled with a milk chocolate ganache with hazelnut powder, covered with a blend of Bresilienne (crushed and roasted caramelized hazelnuts) and cocoa bean nibs.

The Truffe Speculoos, filled with a ganache of ginger bread flavored milk chocolate incorporating puffed rice and coated with a special powder.

The Truffe Champagne, filled with a ganache of white and milk chocolate with real Champagne, coated with dark chocolate and caster sugar.

So, Leonidas will, more than ever, be giving pride of place to the truffe this Autumn specially dedicated to this heavenly delicacy.
